That stands out to me obscenely for some reason, mesmerizes. I mean, people overlook backgrounds to the image and focus on the – well , focal point, – but your work makes me feel like they are just as important as the ‘item’ so to speak of the composition. And your backgrounds have distinct personality, I love them all. Totally defining.
The ship-and-serpent image really blows my mind also.
